Lennar Homes' web site says this of Tuscany Village:

"Tuscany Village is a Mediterranean inspired community offering homeowners meandering sidewalks surrounded by lushly landscaped grounds. This community offers three and four bedroom townhomes filled with resort-style amenities throughout. Homeowners will enjoy a private clubhouse with a sparkling community pool, separate children’s pool, children’s tot lot, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a multi-purpose room for your convenience. It is ideally located in West Kendall with easy access to Florida’s Turnpike and the Palmetto Expressway, with shopping, dining, schools, and entertainment just minutes away. Tuscany Village offers Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” concepts as well as many extras throughout. With the luxurious life-style offered by Tuscany Village, you are sure to find the perfect community for you and your family."

Miami Dade county's West Kendall Community Zoning Appeals Board 11 approved Lennar's requests to change the zoning and remove restrictions on the use of the parcel located west of S.W. 127 Avenue and north of S.W. 136 Street, Miami-Dade County Florida.

As a Florida Realtor with a window view of the 8 acre parcel into which the final phase of the community will expand , I have decided to document the progress on the site and I am available to help anyone wishing to purchase, rent or sell a home at Tuscany Village.
