Lennar has slashed their prices on the remaining developer units at Tuscany Village. The "2" on the sign used to be a "3". There are a number of resale homes available at below cost creating an excellent opportunity to move into this west Kendall community.

The Townhouses are beautiful.. But there's hardly any visitor parking. This is a huge inconvenience for anyone with a large family.
Thanks for your post Anonymous. Tuscany is a beautiful community.I do understand your concern for visitor parking. I live in Tuscany myself and we are a two-car family. The garage can hold one car and the driveway is a two-car driveway. Beyond that, one visitor is allowed to park in front of your driveway and the rest can use the visitor spaces scattered throughout the community. Because of the design of the community, some areas have more visitor spaces than others. One thing the association is doing to address this concern is looking for green areas where additional visitor spaces can be created and also they are making sure that residents are not using the visitor spaces as permanent parking for their own vehicles.
